Accidents are rare, but we are covered by liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Tell us right away and we will make it right. Please let us know in advance about fragile or high-value items so we can take extra care.
When do I pay?
After the cleaning. You check the work first and pay only when you are happy with the result. No card is required to make a request, and nothing is charged before the cleaning is done.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can reschedule or cancel at any time, free of charge. We only ask that you let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another family.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional equipment and quality cleaning products for every visit. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, tell us in your estimate request and we will discuss them with you.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access instructions and come back to a clean home. We just need access, water and electricity, and a heads-up about pets or anything fragile.
