Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. Leleka Home Cleaning (Squeaky Clean Seattle LLC) is a licensed Washington business with general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Our address is 13105 21st Dr SE, Everett, WA 98208.
What if something gets broken during the cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but we are covered by liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Tell us right away and we will make it right. Please let us know in advance about fragile or high-value items so we can take extra care.
When do I pay?
After the cleaning. You check the work first and pay only when you are happy with the result. No card is required to make a request, and nothing is charged before the cleaning is done.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can reschedule or cancel at any time, free of charge. We only ask that you let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another family.
